Reseller Program
In order to complete your guests experience here in Oklahoma City, we are proud to introduce our Concierge Partnership Program.
Outside agents can book tickets for sailings on board Oklahoma River Cruises for their customers by accessing a unique Sales link in top menu of the ticketing pages of our website. After their secure login details are accepted, they access the list of their customers where they can choose from if needed. If it is a new customer for them, they can create a new client profile and proceed with the booking. To get credited for the transaction, Outside agents must go through the special sales link so their ID is part of the booking. Again that reservation will be made to the customer's name but will be credited to the Outside agents with their ID number embedded in the transaction.
Oklahoma River cruises will provide training sessions for your staff at your convenience as needed to complete the partnership.
With the confirmation email, you will also receive our logo/link with an ID string to put on your Website. So when visitors are accessing your Website and select a room or reservation (for example), they click on our logo on your website page, and directly access our Website to complete the reservation. That reservation will be made to the customer's name but will be credited to the Outside agent with their unique outside agent ID number embedded in the transaction.
After creating your Reseller profile, you get a thank you memo like this:
Thank you for registering as a reseller.
We will process your application and contact you as soon as possible.
When we activate your account, we will email you an html page.
You can copy the code and save it as an html page (example: shop.html).
Place it on your site and make links to it.
It will include links back to the shop with your user ID
to credit you with any sales from your site.
LOGIN
You can access outside agent reports for commission purposes. A Reseller/Agent is able to access their report with their unique username and password through the regular LOGIN link in top blue bar and then by clicking Account in top blue bar.
Our initial commission rate is 5% on all sales made through your access portal and will be payable monthly with-in 21 days following the last day of the month. These terms are subject to change without notice or approval.
